Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All products sold on fire-creative.com are digital downloads (spreadsheets, PDF guides, Notion files and bundles). Because a digital file can't be returned, all sales are final.

If something is wrong, we'll fix it. If a file is broken, won't open, is missing from your download, or is not what the product page described, email brian@fire-creative.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description. We will replace the file or, if we can't fix it, refund your purchase.

Download problems. If your download link doesn't arrive or has expired, email us and we'll resend it.

Duplicate or accidental orders. If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, tell us and we'll refund the extra charge.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
