Who we are. fire-creative.com is run by Fire Creative / BKN Films ("we", "us"), Pompton Plains, New Jersey, USA. Contact: brian@fire-creative.com.

What we sell. Downloadable templates, guides and files for live-event and production professionals. Nothing is shipped. You get a download link after checkout.

License. When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business and client work. You may edit the templates and use them on your own projects. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, upload or give away the files (original or edited), or sell them as your own template or product. One purchase is for one person or one company.

Ownership. We keep the copyright and all rights to our products. You are buying a license to use the files, not ownership of them.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax (including New Jersey sales tax) is added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.

Delivery. Download links are provided immediately after payment is confirmed and are also sent by email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

No guarantee of results. Our products are tools and general guidance based on our experience. Event production involves safety, contract and insurance questions that depend on your situation. Nothing we sell is legal, financial, insurance or safety advice. You are responsible for how you use it, and for checking contracts, permits and requirements that apply to you.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or event problems) arising from use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Third-party tools. Some products work with third-party software (for example Excel, Google Sheets or Notion). We are not responsible for changes to those tools.

Changes. We may update our products, prices and these terms. The terms in effect when you buy apply to your purchase.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
